Advocacy & Influence

We are committed to Influence with Integrity.
This means we achieve influence through:
\

Evidence

We arm our clients with the research-based political case for change. That is, the case that uses our socio-political analyses to demonstrate the political benefits in our clients’ ask of government
\

Mutual Benefit

We work to deliver outcomes that provide shared benefits for our clients, governments, and the community
\

Coalition Building

We bring key stakeholders, the media and public opinion with us to create a favourable environment for change
Our point of difference is our research capability:
We can provide the evidence – the political case – to back up the outcomes our clients seek, and the understanding of stakeholder and community sentiment needed to inform effective communications.
We lead clients through all aspects of the advocacy and influence campaign
\
Intelligence gathering and insight
\
Development of business and political cases
\
Development of the government relations strategy
\
Direct engagement with government decision-makers and influencers
\
Coalition building, through stakeholder and media management, and public opinion marketing
\
Public opinion campaign design and delivery
Our team has extensive relationships with all levels of government across the country and across the political spectrum. We combine our collective 70 years of experience within the political and corporate world to get the best outcomes for our clients via our influence with integrity approach.

Social and Communications Research

We specialise in research that provides insight on complex social, political and communication challenges.
Our point of difference is understanding the core motivations and mindsets of target communities (especially hard-to-reach audiences) to inform strategies for influencing their thinking and behaviour. Key to our work is enabling our clients to understand and respond to the experiences and perspectives of their communities of interest: we believe empathy drives integrity.
To this end, we utilise a range of qualitative and quantitative methods:
\
“Deep dive” qualitative research into audience attitudes and behaviours
\
Communication messaging/creative development and testing
\
Opinion polling
\
Socio-demographic analyses
Our team then brings extensive experience in connecting research to communications and advocacy campaigns – using insight to inform strategy.
